We are currently seeking quality landscape professionals for full-time positions in leading a crew landscape maintenance, horticulture & fine gardening. You will have the opportunity to consistently learn and hone your skills in the field while maintaining some of the most highly regarded landscapes in the area. Our crew leaders create and maintain landscapes for clients who truly appreciate our horticultural knowledge, craft, and professionalism. We are currently looking for a candidate who is interested in moving their career forward by taking the next step in the horticultural industry and leading a crew!

  • Responsibilities and Duties: 

    • Show up on time everyday prepared to work outdoors 

    • Communicate with & coordinate with fellow crew members & crew leader

    • Accurately clock in/out your hours daily

    • Attend weekly crew meetings

    • Keep truck and tools clean and organized

    • Proactively notify the crew leader of equipment and tools needing repairs

    • Keep thorough work log/journal

    • Maintain clients’ perennial, annual, and vegetable gardens

    • Install and maintain Spring and Summer container gardens & fall plantings

    • Light pruning of ornamental shrubs and small trees

    • Sense of ownership in your custom garden assignments

    • Love of the outdoors, trees, plants, and garden spaces

    • Constant desire to learn and share knowledge

    • Professionalism, effective communication, attention to detail, & a passion for learning 

    • Strong work ethic, demonstrable ability in prioritization

    • Willingness to work in all weather conditions

    • Ability to work a full day with physical demands

    • Ability to lift/carry loads up to 40 pounds

    • Current RI driver’s license

    • Use of own reliable transportation

    • Enjoys working with clients in all aspects of gardening & landscape care

    • Eager to learn and expand personal skills

    • Deeply interested in building & nurturing relationship connections with coworkers & clients

    • Avid interest in the environment, ecosystems, and sustainable practices
